3. Booking and Appointments
• Booking Process: Appointments can be made through our online booking system, by phone, or via email. A non-refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Consultations: All new clients must undergo a consultation before any treatments. This ensures that treatments are appropriate for your skin type, health, and aesthetic goals.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time, and full charges will apply.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
• Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice will result in the full charge of the scheduled treatment.
• No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointments will be charged the full price of the treatment. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
5. Payment Terms
• Accepted Payments: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash, and electronic payments.
• Full Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Client Responsibilities
• Health Information: Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to receiving treatments, especially for injectable treatments like anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers.
• Aftercare: Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by our professionals to ensure the best results from their treatments.
• Age Restrictions: Some treatments, such as anti-wrinkle and dermal fillers, require clients to be at least 18 years of age. Clients will be asked to provide valid identification upon request.
7. Risks and Contraindications
• Possible Side Effects: While our treatments are safe when administered by trained professionals, clients should be aware of possible side effects or complications associated with aesthetic procedures, such as bruising, swelling, or allergic reactions.
• Medical Conditions: Some treatments may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, such as pregnancy, autoimmune disorders, or skin infections. A full medical history will be taken during your consultation to ensure your suitability for treatment.
