You can book an appointment through our online booking system, by phone, or via email. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

4. Do I need a consultation before my treatment?

Yes, all new clients must undergo a consultation. During this consultation, we assess your suitability for treatment, discuss your goals, manage expectations and answer any questions you may have. For certain treatments, such as anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers, this step is essential to ensure the best results.

5. Are there any age restrictions for treatments?

Yes, clients must be at least 18 years of age for treatments such as anti-wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers. We may also request valid identification to verify age.

6. How long do treatments take?

The duration of treatments varies depending on the procedure. For example, Botox injections typically take 15-30 minutes, while more extensive treatments like microneedling or dermal fillers may take 45-60 minutes. Please refer to the specific treatment details for more information.

7. Are there any side effects or downtime?
